MISSION
To support the management, planning and decision making of the technical departments for projects and Business Unit, ensuring a quality and reliable analysis of the information by the established deadline.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Obtain and analyze key economic indicators, guaranteeing the compliance with Corporate Policies.

Create the TC/TP study for new bids.

Analyze and guarantee the reliability of the data included in the TC/TP with the help of all functions (Offers, Investigation Projects, and Development Projects).

Guarantee that the TC/TP study and its corresponding Action Plan from the FDS Phase 2 to Phase 7 are update within the established periods.

Keep track of key project variables (hours, external expenses, activations, tools) and report any deviations.

Report to the Corporation using the defined reports on a monthly basis.

Support Business Plan generation for assigned departments, and be responsible for calculating the corresponding rate schedules.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background:
Bachelor’s degree

Languages:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in similar position or in auditor or cost analyst position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training:
Knowledge of economics, business administration, engineering, control management, accounting or projects management would be of additional value
